1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Khadoo app and the khadoo.app website, operated by INDIGATE LLC, a U.S. limited liability company (“Khadoo”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. Downloading the app is additionally subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application EULA and the App Store terms.
2. The service
Khadoo lets you create wishlists, organise occasions and invite people you love, who can view your lists and reserve wishes — reservations remaining invisible to their recipient. We improve the service continuously; features may be added, changed or removed.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Khadoo.
- The information you provide must be accurate, and your account is personal: you are responsible for what happens on it and for keeping your access confidential.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (My space → Settings).
4. Your content
The wishes, photos, texts and events you create remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host them, show them to the people you invite, and operate the service. You are responsible for what you post: only upload content you have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Khadoo for:
- illegal activities, harassment, or hateful, deceptive or obscene content;
- impersonating others, or inviting people with no real connection to you for spamming purposes;
- attempting to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or extract its data in an automated way.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, with notice where possible.
6. Premium subscription
Some features belong to a Premium subscription, purchased and billed through your Apple Account (in-app purchase). Management, renewal and cancellation happen in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices are shown before any purchase and may change for future periods — never retroactively.
7. Intellectual property
The Khadoo brand, app, website and their elements (interface, copy, visuals) are our property or that of our licensors. Your licence to use the service is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable; it does not allow you to copy, resell or derive from the service.
8. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is”. We work hard on its reliability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Links to third-party shops (wishes, catalogue) belong to those shops: we are neither the seller nor a party to those purchases, which are governed by the merchant’s terms. Some links are affiliate links: Khadoo may earn a commission from the merchant, at no extra cost to you.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under the service is limited to the amount you paid us over the last twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect damages (data loss due to force majeure, lost profits, reputational harm). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top is authoritative. For any substantial change we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, of INDIGATE LLC’s state of organization, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
